                                           Date:         October 2016            No.2

We enjoyed our visit from James’ Mum Mairi who told us all about her job as a vet.

We’ve been very lucky and had lots of animals come into preschool to visit us, so far we’ve had a tortoise, chicken, rabbit, and a puppy.

Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM, we are pleased to welcome Sandra Wilkinson as our new Chairperson.

The preschool cannot run without support from parents so please get involved with our upcoming fundraising events. We are always looking for volunteers so if you are able to spare some of your time to help us fundraise then please speak to a member of staff or the committee.

As a Healthy Early Years setting we are dedicated to educating children about healthy choices. We would like to remind parents to only provide healthy options in your child’s lunchbox and please do not include chocolate or sweets. For healthy lunchbox suggestions please follow this link https://www.cornwallhealthyweight.org.uk/A_Healthy_Lunchbox_2015.pdf or speak to a member of staff.

As previously requested please can you ensure that you only provide water in your child’s drinks bottle. Thank you
